On Friday evening, March 4th, violinist Inés Voglar Belgique and organist Bruce Neswick will perform a concert at First Congregational Church in downtown Portland. The recital will include Bach's "Fuga sopra il Magnificat" for organ and Albinoni's "Adagio in G minor" for violin and organ. All donations will go to Venzuela's Voice in Oregon.
You will also have the opportunity to view wonderful paintings by Randall Vemer, former principal violist with the Oregon Symphony. Each painting is paired with orchestral instruments and musicians. In addition, you can watch a fine, short film about Vemer's transition from musician to painter.
