Review of Oregon Symphony concert with world premiere of Tüür's Third Violin Concerto
I've been doing a lot of scribbling lately. My review of the Oregon Symphony's concert with violinist Vadim Gluzman playing a new piece by Erkki-Sven Tüür was just posted in Classical Voice North Ameria here.

I was awestruck by the artistry of Gluzman and the adeptness of the orchestra with Tuurs Violin Concerto No3. It was like watching a gymnast performing flips on a high wire, the interplay. A relatively new visitor in the Classical space, I felt jazz-like timing and appreciated the dynamic of a full orchestra giving their best.

Great to hear your opinion of the piece.
