Alexander Toradze, legendary pianist, has passed away

Alexander Toradze, who was internationally acclaimed for his interpretations of Russian music, died in South Bend, Indiana yesterday, according to several reports, including this one from Classic FM. Toradze's final performance, which he finished despite experiencing an acute heart failure, was reviewed by me in this blog.
